Eurest Catering Guidelines


Ordering

In order to guarantee menu availability, please have your orders placed three full business days prior to your event. For any special menu requests, please provide at least one week’s notice. For orders within 48 hours of your event, please call the Catering Office; we will make every effort to accommodate your last minute needs. Our staff provides delivery and setup between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Events scheduled outside these hours may be charged an additional service fee.


Delivery

Catering orders will include all necessary disposable plates, utensils, napkins and condiments in quantities consistent with your order. We also supply all food and beverage equipment needed to ensure food is served properly. Our catering attendants will deliver, set up and pick up your order at your requested location. Access to secure locations require a POC to meet and receive the delivery.


Additional Services

China and linen service can be provided for your event at an additional charge. Please contact our Catering Office for a quote. Additional services such as floral, rentals, and other outside services will be charged applicable after market management fees.

When only disposable service and dinnerware are purchased for a catered event, it will be the responsibility of the organizer to clean up the leftover products and trash.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the appropriate number of tables are preset for all catered buffets. For offsite customers, please work with your Lockheed Martin sponsor on table arrangements. 


Staffing

If you are hosting a special event that requires more attention or is after business hours, we can arrange for you to have a personal catering attendant stay at an additional charge. Please contact our Catering Office at least one week prior to your event to schedule an attendant.


Changes or Cancellations

Catering orders are made specifically for your meeting; therefore cancellations or reductions in count must be made 24 hours in advance. Changes to your order may incur applicable charges. A fee of 10% up to the full price of the order may apply to orders cancelled within 24 hours.
